living on yacht while in Auckland area
I am thinking of buying a second hand yacht in Auckland, and keeping her there in a marina for sailing 2020/21, while also catching the America's cup action as one of the spectator fleet. What advice can anyone give me for securing a berth for those two years in/around Auckland to keep this yacht. Are there any marina's that allow owners to live to their yachts while in the marina? I currently don't have a residence in NZ. Any other ideas welcome.
