Surveyor Recommendation - Space Coast Florida

I am looking for recommendations for an accredited surveyor to inspect a sailboat that I am thinking about purchasing. Anyone with a very positive experience in this area?

Jonathon Sands. His thorough survey helped me negotiate $32k of seller cash at closing to pay for repairs he found.

He isn’t cheap but he is good! He from what I understand he will work all over Florida.
