Moorage - North or 30°

I'm interested to hear your recommendation for moorage with care while the owner is away. well protected from the winds.

Leopard 58 on the east coast of Florida or Georgia with a knowledgeable person to take care of the yacht from April to October.. 6 months and they return to cruise the Caribbean.

It can be on the hard or water moorage.
