March April 2022 Bahamas crossing

HI, I'm looking for buddy boats for a crossing from Biscayne Bay to Bimini IN the next few weeks as soon as a weather window arrives.

We'll Uber to CVS for our Covid tests, have a paperwork party to fill out clearing forms, or online forms. queue up at either Angelfish channel, or No Name Harbor, and cross as soon as the Gulf stream settles from the massive cold front coming this weekend.

We'll keep in contact by VHF on the way, and check in at Bimini Alice Town, and overnight at Brown's Marina. (open to suggestions).

Probably too late, but we are looking to head for the Exumas shortly after the Miami to Key Largo race on April 23rd. We'll likely depart from Snake Creek to Bimini, then to the Berry's, before making our way south. Lots of stops along the way.

I believe I published this story already, but CVS demanded we be in the car at the drive thru. Yes, it was a 100 yard Uber ride! THis was at the Sunrise E. CVS. But, they claimed is was a corporate rule.

Possible weather window March 17th

We are heading over around April 5th. Work is getting in the way of leaving sooner. We will be heading down to Key Biscayne on the 26th from Palm Beach. Then hanging out on the hook while I finish a project up. This will be our first trip over.

Ditto on the bridge, we went around. No name Harbor entrance to Biscayne bay is pretty easy

We are sitting in South Basin right now. Got here a couple of days ago and we are planning to jump over on Friday. If anyone else is going to Bimini let me know.
