Our short haul did not go as planned. The boat had hundreds of small barnacles all over the bottom. The yard said that due to the warm winter, they are seeing growth on every boat they haul.
Powerwashing removed the barnacles and much of the paint along the waterline.
It can't be as bad as the time two years ago we were in Annapolis after a period of unusually heavy rain had freshened the water to the point that the zebra mussles had moved into the upper Chesapeake.
