Need surveyor and attorney in Greece for purchase

I am interested in buying a boat near Thessaloniki, Greece. Any suggestions for a reputable surveryor and attorney anywhere in Greece?

Talk to the selling broker. They will have a list of nearby surveyors and access to a suitable lawyer. A reputable broker will have several to choose from

I'd not take a surveyor recommended by the sellers broker...
Smells like a conflict of interest in the making.
Call some other brokers for that info or ask in a local forum.

In most cases brokers will have a list of all the local surveyors. Hence you can’t claim conflict of interest. In most cases you’ll have little choice and be lucky to get more then one surveyor locally anyway

They will also know the local lawyers etc

Remember the broker is just that a broker he’s actually not the sellers representative

Well if the boat is sold he/she gets the commission, so they have very much an interest in selling, so hardly a neutral person.
