La Manga/Port Tomas Maestre/Cartagena Spain

I'm interested in a boat in the Tomas Maestre Marina. It's getting on in years and , as usual, you get information from the broker and you try to read between the lines. For me to view it means a round trip of 1500 miles. Is there anyone who can just give it a look eliminating the possibility that it's a total lemon. I'm not looking for a survey just an independent fairly clued up boater. Similarly, if there's anyone who can recommend a local artisan that would be very helpful.
