All in one yard facilities

Hi all
Has anyone had experience of getting work done in either gib, Alcaidesa or maybe faro or Lagos?
I'm looking for a yard who can do all types of work.
Essentially, I need this job done or xyz installed and they have someone at the yard that can do it.
This will include but not limited to a rigging inspection and possibly a replacement, water maker install, fridge compressor replacement and a dedicated freezer.
Aiming to be back in gib area for November to get work done before crossing in Dec.
August in Spain has not been a great time to get work done.
I'm doing as many maintenance tasks myself but arthritis limits the time I can spend doing boat yoga
