Hong Kong: Any Recommended Surveyor in Hong Kong?

I'm an American living in eastern Asia. Found a boat I like in Hong Kong, but I've had some difficulty finding a surveyor. The usual surveyor websites don't turn up anything. And when asking people in my area who have bought boats from HK before, the response is always "there was a really good guy, but now he is gone."

Any info or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
