ICW waterways Florida to NY

Hi,
Already started to check this excellent link: Skipper Bob provided by Bill.
As once on the boat we don't always have internet access, we are looking for a good and practical nautical guide on ICW . Could you pls. advise some ?
By practical i mean draft and bridges clearance, regulations, where to stay (marinas prices) or anchor, dangers (e;g. dangerous streams if any ...)

It seems we have some options i.e. enter at Savannah or even Charleston's level if easier. We then plan to go to the north of the chesapeake bay, then take the Delaware canal, and keep going north.

Thx, Kev

Skipper Bob references are published in hard copy for very reasonable prices. I've used them and found that if I update them with the latest info from the web site before I leave on a trip they are quite reliable.

Kev...here's all the ICW bridges with restrictions and schedules.
Intracoastal Waterway Bridge Schedules
These change frequently so suggest you print just before you go.

As to guides...Skipper Bob's Anchorage and Marina guides are excellent but I also always liked the Dozier Waterway guides as very informative for many of the things you ask about. You can check the editions out here as well as see some sample pages:
