Start with Noonsite and then go to individual countries' websites to get details. Some countries require you get a visa ahead of time - give yourself lots of time for this. The visa on-arrival is no big deal. Just more bureaucratic bumpf to deal with when you get to a port of entry. Often, but not always, you need to visit more than one office for different reasons. Have multiple copies of your paperwork and smile a lot.
