wish we could find out what the source of the leak was. Leaking exhaust hose maybe?

One wonders about HOW were the two crew injured? Was their injury related to the boat's difficulties, and if so, in what way(s)?

Too bad people got injured. Sadly, term super-yacht doesn't really ensure its gonna be a good boat. When Iam running into some pages as this one, I sometimes wonder how some are able to even float.
