S/V Wind Drifter from Port Clinton, Ohio

In Saint Augustine, Florida is a sailboat grounded on the oyster beds along the ICW just south of State Road 312 bridge. Does anybody know who owns her or what's happening with this sailboat? As a sailboat lover and out of concern for the environment I'd like to help the owner get her loose or situated safely if possible. It's name is Wind Drifter from Port Clinton, Ohio.
