Re: ICW after Helene

Alligator River Bridge is currently closed with no ETA to reopen. This is for both car and boat traffic due to an accident per the Cruiser's Net website.

Not according to Waterway Guide:
"NC: Alligator River Bridge
Alligator River Swing Bridge is closed to marine passage due to a truck accident. The projected return to normal operation is 10/1/2024 at late afternoon or the next day if the repairs do not go as planned. Call the bridge for details on opening progress.

Date Reported: Sep 30, 2024"

Or East Coast TO West Coast via the Caloosahatchee Canal, and the St. Lucie Waterway . . . .

I'm worried about debris fields and the like. Mainly NC, SC and Georgia. What is coming down those rivers!

Thanks
