I have no idea - but if you can pay with a credit card, you should have some degree of protection. You can always dispute the charge if no Mantusanchor is delivered. How much cheaper are they?
One could also contact the manufacturer of the product to determine if the website / retailer is in fact an established credible distributor of the product you are interested in purchasing.

I bought a Mantus anchor from Ildost Marine about 5 years ago, without any issues. I also notice that they are not longer listed as a Mantus reseller.
Why not send Ildost a mail an ask them. The may have some stock left, that they want to get rid of. If you are lucky....
Use paypal and they never see your CC number and you have protection if it never arrives. Pretty safe that way.
Just be aware that if you use your credit card, and end up disputing through your credit card because Paypal won't return e-mails, you WILL receive an e-mail from Paypal, informing you that their protections for your purchase that they claim to offer are now all null and void. In the middle of one of those issues right now. . .
