This will be difficult.

On the (recent) market, one sold in Ft. Lauderdale in September 2020 for $97,000, the new owner barely squeeked ahead of the Covid sales craziness, as he had already put in and had his offer accepted mid-Summer.

Another beautifully appointed P31, lying Charleston, SC, sold in the Fall 2020 for $125-130,000...

Have you tried yards like Green Cove Springs where boats go to die? You may find a project P31 there...

there is a junk crealock 34 at my marina but the owners are not willing to sell. I also like the 31 design but my partner wanted a V birth that could be closed off. you can always offer less than what they are asking.

Just to clarify, the Pacific Seacrafts I was thinking of were PC 34s, *not* 31s.

So sorry for mixing up the two, Hooligan. I hope I didn't discourage your search!

Continued best of luck. You might also try craigslist in the New England area. I seem to remember a stubborn P31 that sat around throughout last Summer for sale in Long Island...? But then, I seem to remember it was a Mariah, requiring an amount of work because it had been on the hard for quite a while...
