I believe this is the same boat I was interested a couple of years ago. Unfortunately neither the owner at that time nor I was able to convince the listing agent "Greg" at Kurtis Stokes of one basic fact.
There is no such thing as a "Morris Victoria Frances 26".
There is the "Morris Frances 26" designed by Chuck Pain and built by Morris Yachts in the US.
There is also the "Victoria 26 " based on the same Pain design built by Victoria Yachts in the UK under license by Paine and/or Morris.
Needless to say there is a considerable premium paid on the Morris built 26.
