Transaction prices on 2000's production boats of 40'?

Hi everybody,

I am looking for a 40 footer from the early 2000's. Something like a Beneteau First 40.7 or a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 409. Based in the Caribbean. Can anybody give me a handle on actual transaction prices? Or the discount percentage on the asking price?

This is also a want to buy post of course...

Thank you!

These days boats are going over the asking price.

Then you better fill out your profile and post the details in the for-sale section including:
- pictures
- description
- price
- issues
- equipment

Your first post saying that you have something valuable for sale is just too suspicious. Scams are rampant and we really don't want any members falling for them. Plus it will help you sell it if you do really have a boat for sale.
