Major items in this customizing include;
* Additional hull and deck modifications for added strength from standard
* Custom tapered Forespar, filled, faired newly “international” painted mast.
* Boom rivets removed & replaced with welds; boom S/S fittings removed & replaced with machined parts, then filled, faired, and newly “international” painted.
* Navtec rod rigging, plus All American Spectra/Kevlar running rigging
* Custom digital electrical panel, with U.S. tinned wire throughout
* All U.S. manufactured hoses used throughout
* Extensive custom features as shown in sinks & fixtures, heads, galley & equipment, and the staterooms with their furnishings
The owner provided the highest quality, most reliable parts and systems that were available in the world when the boat was being built, with price never a consideration. Re: TAYANA 58 CUSTOM
this boat is unreal. I have a 1988 T-55 so I can appreciate the way you have kept and upgraded her. I am sorry that you have to sell and I hope it all works out. If you don't mind me asking, was the hard dodger done when she was built or did you design and add it yourself? I am searching for line drawings for my boat and have had no luck so far as I have a MA ready to sketch up pilothouse designs so naturally I am intrigued by yours. thanks. Steve
