we have a survey from 2014 before the major and i mean major refit so that is very out of date. She has to go out anyway. Like i said it looks maybe to good but it is true!!!! We did the refit for ourselves to live onboard, but it turned otherwise. Now we just want to please someone else with this beautiful boat! I even want to throw in warranty on this deal. Same builder as Taswell in Tainan, Taiwan. Molds no longer exist. Nice boat - alot of teak. I sailed a Taswell 42. Wide beam. The Toys are narrower. A good deal given location as nice sailing area. If you can get to $250k then contact me.
