Want to Rent: Rent or trade your sail boat in Space coast florida

Are you a sail boat owner ? boat sitting ?
I am a power boater that is considering getting a sail boat , not sure
I keep my 31 ft power cruiser in Cape Canaveral
Value of my cruiser is around the 50 thousand mark
I do not want too sell my boat, purchase a sail and not like it .
If it turns out I like it , we can work out a deal
Also willing too trade, add cash, all this stuff discussed later
No manufacture in mind , just must be a newer styled boat around 35 ft with
modern cabin , all the comforts of home in turn key condition needing nothing
Also you must work with me too get me comfortable handling your vessel
I have boated all my life and boat handling and rules of the road is basic ABC too me, just sails and wind direction will have too be learned and a level of comfort
I am retired with wife , a young 70. Most are looking too get out of sailing I am
looking too jump into it , Guess its my bucket list
I spend too much time aboard at marina, local off shore, and the marina life style . My present boat is a luxury 31 ft weekender with trailer .
Weekender has too many restrictions for my present needs
