I have it's smaller sibling, the Bodega 30 - same design but 3 feet shorter built by the same yard. I can attest to the build quality and seaworthiness of these boats, as well as their pointing ability. That price is a steal.

Thank you! The Bodega 30's (and Faralon 29's) are beauties too -- all the Chuck Burns designs! We had a kiddo so moved up to a bigger boat with an extra cabin, but if it had just been the two of us I think we would have kept this boat forever.

I wish the Canadian dollar wasn't so ridiculously poor, I'd consider it.

Too funny, I’m Canadian too but we got lucky and bought when the dollar was close to par

Definitely harder to be a Canadian buyer now!

I'm interested and have a couple of questions please.
A- What lengths are the berths?
B- What age is the standing rigging?
C- When was the last full survey?
D- Since you're Canadian as well is she registered in the USA or Canada?
E- Is there refrigeration and if so what condition is it in and what type/how cooled.

Hi Niall,

A - The berths are all 6'2" (or more) -- the whole boat was built to accommodate 6'2" headroom (settees, berths, standing headroom, etc)
B - The standing rigging was all replaced in 2007, wire with Hayne Hi-Mod fittings
C - Last full survey was when we purchased her, in 2011
D - She's USCG Documented. She was Canadian registered when we purchased her, but we switched to US when we moved our primary residence to the US.
E - Fridge is an Adler Barbour Cold Machine, from 2014. It's a 12v system, basically a 'freezer box' that then cools the whole ice chest, so you have a fridge/freezer combo.

Hope that helps! We've had quite a bit of interest but happy to answer questions / show the boat any time, and will update this listing if she goes under contract.

Damn - if I was in the market, I'd buy her in a second. Good deal, IMO. Think of all the adventure, and memorable events - for that price.

I concur with all the praise. It must be hard to part with such a beauty, but you'll have great memories.

If she was on the West Coast I'd buy her right now as a second boat, since I need a boating "fix" and can't get back to mine in Belize anytime soon!
