1978, we have owned this boat for over seven years sailing the Portuguese and Spanish coast. The boat is pre VAT and has been in the EU for over 30 years. She is registered on the UK SSR part 3.
Due to Covid this boat has been in a boatyard in Portugal (Portimao) for the last two and a half years. During this time many new parts and upgrades have taken place.
The hulls were sanded back to the gel coat and 4 coats of two pack epoxy primer were applied, she is ready for anti fouling which is onboard.
She was resprayed up to deck level with two pack epoxy primer and two pack topcoat.
New Manson Supreme anchor, new 8mm calibrated chain, new bow roller and new Quick anchor windless. Also a second anchor.
New foam sandwich hard Bimini.
New solar array with 330w on the davits with MPPT controller for the house batteries and 130w on the Bimini with separate controller for the starter/windless battery.
Davits for dingy.
Aft anchor roller .
New LED mast tri light, New VHF antenna,
New NASA depth, log and wind instruments.
Volvo Penta 2003 , 28HP engine, starts and runs great, new lift pump, oil , oil filter,fuel filter, engine anode. Starter battery. Engine could do with a lick of paint.
Sillette Sonic leg , serviced with new yolk, new reversing lock , new rubber gaiters, new input/output seals, fresh oil.
Stainless steel fuel tank with inspection cover for easy access.
New standing and running rigging.
Sails , good furling Genoa , a good mainsail, staysail, Spinnaker plus Gennaker.
Raymarine/Nautech 3000 autohelm.
Inside there is a huge king size double forward of saloon plus three large singles/cozy doubles, sleeping 5-8 people.
Seating for six at the saloon dining table.
New Bluetooth stereo.
The galley has new double stainless sinks,

12v/240v fridge.
Bathroom has a new Jabsco sea toilet with new Blakes sea cocks, all new hose, new holding tank . Gas hot water heater.

Water tanks are in good condition, there is a double 10” filter on the kitchen tap and we have been drinking water directly from the tanks for the last seven years.
Lots of storage space onboard, various spares , tools , ropes, bits and pieces etc.
No dingy or lifejackets, and the TV is not included.
She is ready to sail as is . The decks could do with a tidy up with a bit of filling/painting of small nicks etc, the inside could be better, paint the woodwork maybe. The engine could do with painting. She will need new flares . The Bimini is fitted but could do with a final rub down and painting. She is not a new boat but is solid and dependable at a reasonable price. I have never had the boat surveyed but any potential buyer is welcome to. The yard is friendly, free electricity and water, toilet/shower block and you can live aboard while you work on your boat.
