Why are you having so much trouble selling your boat? I don't understand at all. It seems like an unbelievable value at your asking price. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the compliments.

We have not put a lot of effort yet into marketing the boat. Just on Cruising Forum and more recently an ad in Yachtworld that was kindly placed for us by KM. There is no broker involved, although KM will be handling the transaction.

We need to ramp this up shortly, as our new yacht is only months from being finished.

That boat is stunning if I had the money and a need for a larger boat I would but it. Maybe we'll win lotto and then I WILL buy it. I don't like keel stepped because water always gets in. My mask is deck stepped and there is no water inside...

What a beauty! Here I am looking, but selling my boat too,- quite a bit smaller! As I scanned the video photos I was most struck by the backside of the DC distribution panel. I don't think I would be bold or brave enough to show mine! If you're leaving this, then you must be looking forward to something truly amazing.

There is a lot of debate between keel stepped and deck stepped masts. We wrestled with the same questions with our new yacht and have decided to go with same solution.

As you point out, a completely dry bilge is great safety feature, and with an aluminium boat the mast compression post becomes an integral part of the hull, resisting both compression and lifting of the deck.

Everything has been built to the highest standard. The main DC electrical panel shown for example is custom designed for the boat with 24 circuit breakers. Each breaker isolates both the positive and negative circuits so is essentially two breakers in one.
