Yes, VAT is paid.

Sea motion is excellent. There are various methods of assessing displacement such as full tanks, half tanks or empty. I don’t think the displacement is much different to fibreglass cruising boats such as Halberg Rassy’s etc. The construction is certainly sturdy.

On advantage is the weight is centralised. The lead in the keel is low and with room for dinghy storage not living quarters at the rear, the weight is centred and this improves motion. The sea berths are also as low and as centred as they could possibly be and this helps comfort as well.

Greece and the whole of the Eastern Mediterranean is a wonderful cruising ground. It is an ideal starting point for a long distance cruising boat like this.

It does mean buyers from places like America or Australia have longer to travel initially, but it is well worth it

No, sorry. All of the above could be fitted without any problem, although the installation of a washing machine would eat into the workshop size, which would be a pity.

Like others, I am amazed that no one has yet snapped up this fine yacht, so well maintained and managed by two very experienced cruisers.

Because both your contributions to CF have been of such value to all of us, I just wonder if an added teaching/mentoring offer to a relatively novice Buyer would be the added value, that to some could be "priceless".

Where the yacht is located at the moment is the ideal cruising ground. Clear water, beautiful islands, warm weather and light winds all summer.

It would be a great location to teach someone to sail and we would be happy to do that. It might even include some instruction on anchoring .

That's a bit of a bummer on a almost perfect cruising boat for a couple. No fridge & freezer? Suggestions where this could be built in without destroying the interior?

I am having a bit of a re-fit & boatyard blues, this could be a nice escape vessel :-)

Yes, there is a fridge.

No freezer. My wife and I are not big meat eaters so a freezer not a priority for us. I realise others feel a freezer is essential. There is plenty of room to easily fit one.
