For Sale: Pearson 303 - Miami $30k

Well loved 1987 Pearson 303 in great shape being sold due to move from Miami to Houston.
Whisper has been our boat since 2016 and brought us safely up and down the east coast 3 times and both been a great weekend boat as well as cruising boat for 2. This is the ideal first boat, very forgiving and easy to handle for 1 or 2. The boat has spent the majority of its time on the Chesapeake, before we took her to NYC and eventually Miami.

Yanmar 2GM20F that just keeps on ticking, starts immediately on first crank. New Injectors, recent belts, waterpump.

Sails in good condition, dodger, stackpack. Wood sole & interior brightwork in overall good condition throughout.

Lots of upgrades and improvements throughout the years. Bottom cleaned every month by diver, but is due for a bottom paint soon. Zinc being replaced next week, and the whole list of equipment & upgrades can be shared on request.

We just got back from Bahamas and the boat is ready to go right back or cruise down the Keys! We'd love to keep her but transportation cost to TX makes it simply not worth it.

Yes it does, the back cushion can be used to make a flat "queen" bed when pulled out.
We never had the need for the settee and only used the v to berth and quarter berth.

Would you buy her again? Only reason I am asking is she is for sale again. So it must be the person you sold it too. Any for-seen problems arising in this boat or things I should look out for ? It’s very clean but the current owner acts like he doesn’t know much.
