1988 37’ Pacific Seacraft sailboat. Completely refitted by the factory in North Carolina to “AS NEW” standards including all new teak trim. This sailboat is in Bristol condition and ready to sail anywhere. She has been on only 3 trips, 2 of which were shake down runs. Sloop rigged, staysail rigging point exist on the mast but not being used. High end refit with AC/heat; Yanmar diesel & transmission updated to “AS NEW”; water maker; Lofrans windlass; all new wiring; all new plumbing; all new sails (full batten main, 95% working jib/134% genoa); Furlex roller furling. Loaded with electronics repeated topside hand below at nav station. Price Reduced to $155K, over $350K invested. Age dictates sale. Located just north of Palm Beach, Florida in a warehouse since refit unless sailing. Total time on water since refit, approximately 3 months.

Surveyed each time floated after the factory disassembled and made like new. All of the stated surveys list condition “AS NEW”. Insurance is a non issue, very insurable and extremely well kept inside a large garage on jack stands.

i looked at a 34 in NC that had been renewed at the factory. so very nice .. but i did not like the layout. i believe it when you say it is AS NEW.
