Florida,
USA and I'm referencing my personal
buying and selling since the mid 1960s. Very few are advertised at 40% under market and you have to make the deal...it isn't presented on a silver platter and I can't count how many times someone said to me "if I knew they would have
sold it for that
price I would have bought it." Or... "do you want to make a quick $5k and sell it to me?" Like I posted earlier, if a seller is "insulted" by my low offer its his personal problem, not mine. You just have to know a little about boats and use the right tools for negotiation. It isn't rocket science and probably not exclusive to the
USA either.
