Also try local sites like craigslist, kijiji and I’m sure there’s more local buy and sell sites. For instance, there’s usually 100-200 sailboats on Vancouvers Kijiji buy and sell site not listed with brokers or major websites.

I went through this too. Basically, boats are for sale because no one wants them, and likely you wont want them either for the same reasons.

Build or refit one your way.

I think Yachtworld advanced search will get you the most results
Don't forget craigslist in the US. Search by city. Especially San Francisco and LA. Also San Carlos and La Paz, Mexico

There seem to be lots of "normal" boats on the market worldwide but the OP is having a hard time finding a steel ketch ice breaker.
