SV Wendaway - #69 of 74 built - was launched in 1988 and is one of the most pristine of all Norseman 447s still afloat. Largely unused for its first 20 years, it has gone through significant upgrades in the last 10 years, with at least $300,000 invested. FWIW, I know both Wendaway and the owner. This really is the finest example of a Norseman 447 there is. Very well maintained, lots of really nice upgrades.

I've sailed on 1 and been on a few. If I was looking for a boat of that size it would be on the list.

its a great offshore boat , one of the few its size with flush decks.......

Norseman 447 hull#67 C/C just went on the market...no teak decks, all tanks replaced, engine and genset both upgraded as well as windlass...rigging, mast, etc replaced as well...arch with solar and wind gen...located on the east coast, currently in Galesville,MD...check Yachtworld or Hartge Yacht Sales...

For the OP, there was a couple on here perhaps a month, or half again that, who had one of these as their top 2 candidate boat choices. Which, it might be worth searching to find them. And if it helps, I made a posting in their thread, so between the boat type & my handle it shouldn't be tough to find the thread.

There was a well maintained 447 for sail in Honolulu not sure if it is still available.

I totally agree that Norseman is beautiful. My wife and I are set on an aft master cabin model. Even at a very significant drop in selling price, I don't think I want to live with the "I shoulda" regret.

Yes - your boat is gorgeous. I shopped for one and saw one in Tacoma, but she was quite worn and her teak decks were trashed. He wanted much more than what this one is for. The other discriminator for me was the 70+' stick, which I couldn't use on the east coast.
We went for a nice used Shannon 43 Ketch which is doing us well - but they are very different boats.
