1977 Norsea 27 for sale in St. Petersburg, Florida. Project Boat, needs TLC but great bones, on triple axle trailer. Owner sailed from San Francisco in the 90s and sailed locally there after.

Center Cockpit, tall aluminium mast, oversized bronze chainplates, oversized standing rigging (is owned by a Sailboat Rigger), spinnakers, main, Selden S200 roller furler, boom gallows, anchors, chain, dodger, shade extension from dodger to boom gallows. Composting head (Natures Way). Main diesel tank has been removed, 10 gallon tank now located in cockpit locker. Could use updated electrical panel to avoid fuses. Gas oven with tank. Yanmar 1GM engine. Low hours, runs great however it needs an oil pressure line. She has been sitting for 2 years and sprang a leak. 3 bladed prop. New custom swinging companion way entrance doors with tinted polycarbonate glass. Garmin GPS. USCG Documented vessel. USCG Bill of sale will be provided.

Trailer has Florida Title. Very heavy duty trple axle trailer. Trailer weighs 3200#. Surge brakes and tongue extension should someone be silly enough to use ramp. One brake assembly needs attention. Mix of tires. Old and new, serviceable pending on anticipated range. Currently located in boat yard, 33701.
