Re: Newbee looking for forgiving cruiser

I am selling a 1982 Formosa/Peterson/Spindrift 46 that is lying in Hong Kong on a Hebe Haven Yacht Club mooring. The boat is lacking in instrumentation including auto pilot etc. It has a rebuilt Onan 3.5 KW diesel generator, 80 HP ford lehman rebuilt, mast recently hauled and checked, entire hull and deck repainted with imron, rudder dropped and rebuilt, chainplates upgraded, teak cockpit redone, etc... great cruising boat and well built.

I have a Cooper 415 pilot house cruiser for sale. She is fully fitted out and ready to go. New sails, new rigging, new GPs New fridge solar panels and controller. radar recently re built Perkins 50hp. I spent the last 2 years working on her but am re-locating and forced to sell. Well within your budget. Easy to sail. Very sea worthy. Roomy light and comfortable AND sails well!

Newbee: I'm sorry I banged you against the dock

Boat: It's ok, I forgive you

Newbee: I'm sorry I ran you aground

Boat: It's ok, I forgive you

Newbee: I'm sorry I drilled a hole without measuring first

Boat: It's ok, I forgive you.

Newbee: I'm sorry my guest flushed something down your pipes and clogged up the works.

Boat: You're going to have to live with that mistake pal..

LOL, Just kidding. Nothing to offer, but the title struck me as funny.

See http://www.cruisersforum.com/forums/...le-202176.html
Lord Nelson 41. Bullet proof construction and all sorted out. And faster than the naysayers would have you believe. Built for trade wind passages.
