My wife and I are back in BC for the summer. We are continuing our search for a Canadian registered blue water boat. We are not at ocean crossing skill yet but are more interested in living aboard and cruising to new destinations periodically throughout the year.

We are ideally searching for ...

38 - 45 foot Sloop or Cutter
2 Cabin
2 Head
Excellent ground tackle
Traditional mainsail may be in-boom furling but not in-mast furling

Nice options are dodger, Bimini, solar with great house battery bank, recent electronics, autopilot etc..

So far boats that appeal to us are HRs, La Fitte 42s, Hylas...

Due to recent developments and imposed tariffs, the only boats we will consider now are Canadian registered boats.
