Laughing Buddha -- an Exceptional Hans Christian 41T
RECENT $20,000 PRICE REDUCTION:
Now listed at $169,000
World Cruising -- Passage Maker -- Bluewater Cruiser
You can read about boats like this and dream, or you can take the helm of this beauty and cruise the world. The Hans Christian 41T yacht is recognized around the world as “the” quintessential ocean cruiser. It is one of Hans Christian's Traditional Series boats and features the popular Molokai layout with two heads and two cabins.
Ask why we bought this boat: it is sea kindly and live-aboard friendly. It is the right size and well equipped for a short-handed crew. [Taken during new LED light install - completed]
Because cruising boats spend on average 80% of their time on anchor or in port, a spacious cabin with plenty of storage provides you a waterfront home wherever you journey.
This special HC41T is for sale by her original owners who have had 30 years of passage-making enjoyment, while keeping it in top condition. A major interior renovation and remodel has enhanced the truly beautiful design. Extensive upgrades include a NEW engine and drive train, NEW refrigeration and stove, NEW water maker, NEW holding tank and NEW Type 3 MSD, and lots more.
If you are ready for world adventures, look over the full specifications and review the many recent upgrades and extras that make this an exceptional boat.
Laughing Buddha is currently at Port Annapolis Marina, Annapolis, MD, and a representative available to assist prospective/interested buyers with a tour. You can locate a complete set of specifications on-line, or you can access our “Owner’s Brochure” here:

The Owners Brochure is apparently for the owners eyes only. The link leads to a page where all you can do is request access.

Re: Laughing Buddha -- an Exceptional Hans Christian 41T
The opening page does have the "request a copy and email address." Scroll through. That cover sheet isused on the vessel copy so, interested guests could ask for one--and not take the printed out version.
PM me if you'd like a copy and I'll send along. Else try again and see if it is the full document - 54 pages.
Regards, Jim

I did not make myself clear. If anyone but you goes to the page your link points to, the result is:
--- snip ---
You need access
Ask for access, or switch to an account with access. Learn more
Message (optional)
Request access
---- snip ----
You will not be able to verify this yourself, because Google Drive recognizes you as the owner of that document. We, of the great unwashed, are blocked. You need to go to Google Drive and permit the document to everyone.

Re: Laughing Buddha -- an Exceptional Hans Christian 41T
Thanks all...
Keep the positive vibes coming! There is a showing this afternoon and an offer pending.
It is a fantastic boat and we loved it dearly. We hope the next custodians are equally thrilled.
As their bonus - they will also receive the near 50 page Tech Manual.
Cheers - Jim

Thank you so much, for the kind remarks.
You can keep them looking good, while cruising and living aboard.
And, even though it seems like work sometimes -
it is better than cutting the grass!
Cheers - Jim

Thank you - your comments are kind and heartfelt. Please share your observations and thoughts with anyone you know that might be in the market or just looking. Photos are nice, but it is even better viewed in person.

That is one awesome vessel beautifully presented in your brochure. An absolute credit to you Jim. I only wish Laughing Buddha was in Australia.

We Were! Then, only FOR SAIL! Cairns; Bundy (south); the 'Reef; back to Cairns; Many nice stops: Over the Top; on to Darwin - and, then onward.
Do I guess that "Bundy-on" means you are in/near Bundy?
Thank you so much for the kind words. There are few brochures out there that show a boat from an owner's perspective. We tried to do that. We also developed a Tech-Manual that covers operations, and more detailed view of systems and operation. Felt that might be needed as more and more cruisers are "commuter cruisers" and could use a memory jogger.
Again, thanks.
Cheers and a tip of rum! Jim
