It is hand made by Jon Sayer. Using cedar wood west system. The bottom is E-glass and the bow is super reinforced. Very stiff boat. The whole boat is insulated using 3M 5cm lightweight yacht insulation. Then panelled with very light but stiff panels. Thus she is not noisy inside under sail. Even when going over a wave at 15knts. Keeps the heat out also. If cold keeps the heat in. She is ventilated throughout the yacht so with cabins closed and aircon you get fresh air. Due to her construction, she is very light and strong. Very difficult for the hull to foul as it is not fiberglass
Had that buried in a dark cave feeling with all that brightwork down below.

Are we talking about the boat in the post? Looks pretty bright to me!

In order to appeal against the comment, I would like to post other photos. She is very bright and fresh and modern looking. You are right Jim.
In order to protect the true image and feeling of the interiors, I would invite Roverhi to please make me a request of exactly what photos and how I need to make them in order to change his impression

Pretty sure that was sarcasm.... but needs a winky face to let us know.
Bcoianiz- Great looking boat!
I'm not in the market, but i'd recommend more photos or video showing the equivalent of a complete walk through....maybe starting with the v-berth and working aft (including engine). More photos are always better when selling something that's custom built/designed since we can't compare it to another boat's listing.
Uhhh... do we ALWAYS have to post an emoji to spot some humor???
Beautiful boat! The kind could lure me away from my affection for the classics... when I get a much better cash flow....
Some may think the stern is susceptible to gettin' pooped, but I am sure she fast enough to outrun whatever is following her. Sure looks like fun.
BTW your poll is tough to answer... if I have a 70' she BETTER do 8 kts in a 10 kt breeze or I am taking her back to the showroom. But a 30' YACHT doing doing 8 kts in a 10 kt breeze will be a trifle on the Spartan side... not that that is a bad thing!

Hi. Tks for the compliments to the lady.
Yes!! you are right. waves never come from behind unless you have high waves and do a strange gybe. But even then she just lifts up. With wind and big waves, she will run faster than the wave so the water never catches up to you. The water from the stern looks like a speedboat. If I find a picture I will post it. She will do wind speed until hull speed. Then get on a plane needs more. With 20 knots of wind will do 14. With 30knots of wind will hit 16 to 18 and keep it. She is also very stable at high speeds and the autopilot does an amazing job.
I am with Don C L, and funjohnson, it appears to be a humorous comment, and the vessel is attractive and modern. You would just have to love the style. Referring to the poll, I think the differences in speed and wind conditions are related to performance design.

Hi Don
Yes.I totally agree that it is a sense of humour.
I agree also that wind conditions are related to performance design. The reason I asked this was to know how the general feel of speed is to a sailor. On average you would have 10knots of wind according to your location. My friend has a Beneteau 50 footer old design but he constantly complains that he has no speed at 10 knots of wind and would like to go at least 5 + knots. The poll obviously does not include high-performance yachts nor superyachts. But just average optimal speed a sailor would like on an average boat. I once had a 28 foot boat and I was happy with 6 knots in 10 knots of wind
