A fully loaded, ready to go, blue water cruising yacht;
SULAIRE is one of the last Hans Christians built. Molokai layout.

She is presented for sale with “Bristol” style exterior brightwork.

The current owner has spared no expense in the upgrading and upkeep of this yacht.

4 solara rigid 105 watt marine solar panels mounted on hard top (2), and on special frame mounted over bimini (2), all low profile so as not too ruin her good looks!
Each solar panel has its own victron mppt controller to maximise output from panels, each controller has bluetooth or cable to program settings.
Victron multiplus 3000/120/50/12 inverter/ charger with remote control panel mounted at chart table
Victron isolation transformer with in built step up or down voltage output ability

3 lifeline 205 Ah house batteries (2010)

Spars and Rigging:

NEW MAST installed professionally in 2017, bespoke design with full consultation from Selden, who approved the final design and applied the white paint in their factory.
Mast step removed, deck inspected and repaired in small areas requiring attention, compression post serviced and rebedded.
Twin poles mounted on seperate tracks on the mast with integrated up-halls etc
“Tides Marine” main sail track, with stainless steel sail slides, new with mast.
Furlex 300s rollers to jib and staysail
Standing rigging renewed with mast in 2017

Walkthrough:

Deep , safe ocean going cockpit with 4 drains, bronze steering pedestal, varnished wheel with windvane adapter, lazarette to starboard, also storage under custom wooden helm seat aft. Cockpit table mounted on front of pedestal. 3 strong clip on points for safety tethers.
5 step companion way access to below in varnished wood with step grips
Engine panel mounted to port with 4 hand holds in this general area.
Aft cabin to port, owner uses this for storage/ workshop and has fuel polishing system mounted on midships bulkhead
Chart table to starboard with all system controls mounted plus vhf, ssb, inverter/ charger control, fuel and water and holding tank gauges.
Galley is to port and designed with deep ocean cruising in mind with u shape and fiddles all round, all cupboards and refrigerator have external bolts to secure.
Saloon features u shaped seating to port and long setee that converts into sea berth with lee cloth to starboard. Large varnished saloon table, with removable fiddles, Large butterfly hatch above provides excellent light below.
All opening windows have insect screen covers.
Engine is access under galley sink, saloon seats
The molokai layout was designed for the ocean and as such the owners berth is a queen sized Pullman berth to port near mid ships, new custom made GISATEX marine 300mm thick mattress fitted 2017, storage under bed
Air conditioning control mounted in owners cabin with outlet to this cabin and main saloon.
Large hanging cupboard to starboard
Forward is seperate shower unit to port with wash basin to starbaord.
Forward again is storage with access to bowthruster under.
Double anchor locker completes the tour!
