My partner is selling his 41'
Gulfstar, "Adanac". She's a very comfortable cruiser with a master suite
cabin with a private
head (with shower) and vberth
cabin. A second
head is located just aft of the forward cabin. The open
galley offers a comfortable booth style settee easily accommodating four.
Here's her facts:
- Length overall 41'
- Length at waterline 33'
- Beam 12'
-
Draft 5.8'
- Weight 22,000 lbs
- Ballast 6,000 lbs

-

Over the last 18 years of owning her I've logged somewhere around 20,000 miles (mostly
single handing) with destinations like
Mexico,
Cancun,
Dominican Republic,
Cuba (multiple times),
Virgin Islands,
Haiti,
Martinique,
Bermuda and the US
East Coast from Virginia to
Florida. The last big trip was from
Cancun back to
Florida where I got caught in bad
weather that tore my
sails.
While Adanac is a very sound
blue water cruising vessel, she's not outfitted with some of todays preferred gadgets. Here's what is included:
- VHS
-
GPS
- Fridge and
Freezer, both on 110 AC
- 12v bildge
pump
- 2 heads
- Black
water holding tank
- Full
bimini
-
Compass
-
Depth Sounder
- 110 Amp
Alternator
Please take note that after I shredded the
sails, I have not replaced them.
Asking
price is $34,000. Will consider fair offers from serious inquiries. I have pulled Adanac out of the water and done the bottom. There are no
blisters. This
boat is priced to sell and while it needs upgrading and proper outfitting from a loving new owner, she is a sound healthy
bluewater vessel ready to take you anywhere you want to go.
Selling because I've unfortunately gotten to the age where I cannot handle the
boat. Looking for a new sailor to take her on adventures where I left off.
