George Oliver - New member

Hi everyone,
I am a owner of a Nordia 70" planned my sailing for a very, very, very long time, however my family of 4 decided against the sailing life style.
For this reason am I a member of the Cruisers Forum,

I do have an opportunity available which I would like to share...

Hereby, my intentions, I am offering “shared yacht ownership”
Shared Yacht ownership comes with zero financial risk as well as zero overheads.

Who will benefit from this offer?

1)Active retired couples - husband & wife. In search of a no-financial risk adventure for as long as they would want to sail, no time restrictions. This is not about "Time Share" but all about "Yacht Share"

2)Potential new yacht owners to be, with the uncertainty of what it really entails to be a yacht owner. What sailing is all about?

Then, the big question - is sailing really what they want to do?

It Is Pointless in doing a yacht charter and then make a decision based on a week onboard a charter yacht!!!! Cruising is different!!!

For new yacht owners, to be able to make a calculated decision about a yacht purchase, and the associated cost involved by buying a 30% share as a rightful yacht owner in a cruising yacht with a legal and binding contract in place that warrants a full repayment of the share amount, when and only when the share holders would want to terminate the contract.

3) Future yacht owners with the intention of gaining experience beforehand and get certified – earning sea miles.

The 20% Yacht Share:
890 000.00 (Euro) per 30% share - Only 2 shares are available.
  • First of all, the yacht will be utilized as a private yacht available to 2 Couples as Shared Yacht Owners only. (SYO)
  • With a added return on investment...
  • Not based on Charter but rather Self catering...
The main advantage of an SYO,
  • You will be the rightful owner of a Private Cabin onboard.
  • As a Shared Yacht Owner (SYO) you won't have any yacht-related overheads.
  • No berthing/mooring/slip fees.
  • No Fuel expenses
  • No maintenance or repair cost
  • No Insurance premium
  • No crew salaries
  • Zero expenses, apart from personal food and drinks.
Most importantly,
  • The SYO is guaranteed a buyback of the original amount paid for the Shared Yacht Ownership. Only when you decide to end the SYO agreement.
The flexible member usage schedule,
Available full time - per SYO. 300 days per year. (65 days for maintenance, services and repairs)

Your cabin stays your property until such time that you and only you want to terminate your yacht share ownership.

Return on your investment:
Will it be possible to generate a profit as an SYO?
  • When it’s not possible for a shareholder to utilize the time on board, he/she may rent his/her Cabin onboard to family or friends.
  • Total of 4 guests onboard
  • 2 guests/SYO's per cabin.
  • 2 Luxury Cabins only.
  • The profit generated by renting his/her Cabin/Time on board is for the sole benefit of the SYO only.
  • She just woke up from her winter sleep in Turkey. Ready to sail any where the SYO's would want her to sail to. Full crew Captain included with zero operational yacht expenses.
