You're not sure if the engines had a recall.. Supposedly if boat is in the United States they would put brand new engines in the boat

Maybe that model was not involved in the recall

I believe it was the upgraded D1-30 engines on the newer Evolution models - don't quote me on this however. I know for a fact a 2015 Mahe 36 Evo in California received new engines from that recall.
