I am now going to put Britannia seriously on the market, through all the different forums and sales sites there are out there.
I think a realistic price is $120,000 for this fabulous schooner, without any brokers being involved. It is a chance to pick up a fine ocean-going liveaboard cruiser.
There are not that many 45-year-old boats that have a comprehensive insurance policy like mine. Subject to a survey and a new owner's credentials, I understand the company would issue a similar policy.

Britannia was previously a US documented vessel which I undocumented when I bought it, and paid tax, then registered in the Isle of Man. It can easily be unregistered and redocumented in the US, where sales tax will be applicable again.

I have had ten friends check the site and it opened normally for all of them, and the server is online.
The forum link is sometimes faulty. Type in the URL by hand.
Make sure you spell Britannia correctly, Americans sometimes put two 't's and one 'n'. Also, schooner is sometimes misspelled. there is a dash between the words, not an underscore.

Accessing the site via https gives a 404 Not Found (unrelated: the certificate also expired in April of this year).

However, accessing via http appears to work normally.

A lot of browsers now automatically try to use https, so I'd suggest either sorting out the 404 error (which could be as simple as the secure site pointing to the wrong directory), or turn off SSL/TLS on the host so browsers will fall back to http gracefully.

thanks for the information, but that's all gobbledygook to me. I believe anyone interested in a boat like mine will contact me personally, some way or the other. The site is just a conglomeration of articles I have written for boating magazines.
