Well dang! I was just looking for this thread last night! Sold the RV yesterday and am ready to buy a boat now. No joke.

This the OP again. This boat is available again -- this time for free! That's right, I'm giving her away. I am getting too old to maintain her properly.

Here are all the defects I'm aware of:
1. Cutlass bearing needs replacing. Your problem to have her towed to a boatyard. There is one within a mile of here.
2. Forward hatch needs replacement or rebuilding.
3. There *may* be a very tiny leak around one of the thru-hulls. It's so small I can't be sure.

we had an older wooden Dickerson at our marina .. such a classy boat. every year they hauled and caulked.
