What draft is this one shoal or deep?
Can she stay berthed where she is and how much?

I don't know the age of the rigging, except the forestay, which is new with the roller furling. There is no hour meter, but the boat sat unused for years. It is the shoal draft. The sails are good, 155 genoa, 120 yankee, main, and mizzen. I will offer one year free slip with purchase.

Yes, it is the tall rig and has more sail area than the cutter rig.
