This Catana (Mystic Rhythms) is a proven ocean cruiser with all the equipment to sail off to explore the world. We have sailed to over 50 countries and explored places you can only get to by sailboat. The diving has been amazing and the cultures unique. After 13 years we have decided on a new adventure that does not involve sailing so now the boat is available for your new adventure.

This boat has 650 watts of solar, fridge/freezer, extra freezer, life raft, epirb, radar, water maker, 3 spinnakers, 2 jibs, main, para anchor, two anchors, ssb, pactor modem, spares, wind generator, 2 outboards, etc.

Hello,

After a lot of research, I am looking to buy an older catana mainly for the performance and the versability of the cruising experience it can provide. Anything you can tell me about your precific boat and your cruising experience?

I would like to know if your boat was ever in any hurricane, and if so, what damage?

Also, has it ever been in charter?

Hello Vaihana,

It sounds like you have done your research and know you can't go wrong with a Catana. The extra bridge deck clearance makes for more comfortable sailing and the dagger boards allow you to sail to windward. Crowther designed the early Catanas and was well ahead of his time.

Mystic Rhythms has never been in charter. We also were never north of Grenada during hurricane season so we never experienced a hurricane.
