Want To Buy: Catamaran owner financing

I'm interested in looking at shallow-draft cats in the 35 foot range under $75K where owner would consider financing with about 20% to 30% down, and balance secured by a guaranteed income stream.


Willing to look at any vessels on the East or Gulf coasts, Caribbean, and Central America.


I can deal with boats having mechanical or systems problems.... but for me, structural work is another thing.



PS Yes, I know most sellers want cash
