so you think that L 400 at say 250k usd is not worth it, and these properties at 1m in suburbia are some genuine value ?

One can see that death rate of this thing is 3+%, taking into consideration serous countries with lots testing and good care system. Australia and others planing on starting gambit to save property prices and risk italy version say 10 % death rate and maybe worse - disorder etc.

And you believe that your suburbian house will be of more use than boat in shtf scenario ? For starters nearly all suburbia relies of food shops, no ability to feed yourself. Lets not start about crime and sick air.

Dont worry, there are many out there using a crisis and insecurity for a good deal.

If you have time and your cat is safe outside the hurricane area, wait for the right offer. Lagoon, Fountaine Pajot, Outremar, Privilege, Nautitech, Catana all in France, have shut down production, means longer queues for customers.

One thing is finite, its life time. Means people will pay premiums to get what they want, especially seeing, how quick dreams can broke and life can end, they will sort out their priorities and many will rather spend than lose money on the bank account.
