s/v Wandering Rose is a 2017 model Fountaine Pajot Lucia 40 located in Charleston. SC for sale by owner. This Lucia is fully fitted for full time live-aboard for a couple or small family. It has been a great home for adventure and fun for our family of 4. It has modern lines and a contemporary design making it feel very spacious for the size. It's extremely maneuverable and easily can be single handed as all lines run to the helm. She is equipped with a full helm enclosure for weather protection and partial cockpit enclosure and shades. She is upgraded to the max with every comfort you would need to live full time off-grid on anchor at the tropical location of your choice. We have recently returned from 6 months in the Bahamas. Upon return its been serviced with oil change, and a new bottom paint job. She is ready to hop aboard and sail away. This boat wont last long on the market.

I am selling mine too. You have a good boat at a good price. So many people say there is no stock and they want to buy, but then there is no reaction.

I have come to realise how privileged one is to own or to have owned, a boat or a Catamaran like this. The privilege not just to have the funds, but to have the time and flexibility to tap into this experience.

It is like living the life of elitist - without realising it.

Finding buyers to fill those shoes are few.

Great question. From the pictures on catamaransite.com I would say it does have at least one AC unit.
