Here is a 38 foot sailing cat for $33,000 US in the Uk. It also comes with a Youtube channel for all those people wanting to try and make money that way.

Its a divorce sale and I would love to know what went wrong? Looking at the photos off the dog on the bed that would be grounds for divorce in our family!

So how do you take over a YT channel? Hey, we are the new guys and we are as funny as the ones now divorced?

That sounds like a chinese restaurant I once lived nearby. It was sold a few times, but the new owners also kept the car and the kids (??).
