No; in a storage place parking lot, need to move her. Needs a set of trailer tires, but other than that , ready to go. If you want her, its yours, I have no spare time to use or buff her up.
Just needs a good cleaning. If you are interested, let me know.

Not unreasonable; my schedule is pretty tight, so I can probably let you into the storage area to look at her after business hours in about a week or two. My weekends in another one or two weeks might also work. If I were you, I would come with a tow vehicle, look and accept or reject to save you a second trip. Anyway, whatever you want to do is fine with me. She is free after all....
