Catalina C30 Mark I shoal draft - nice

I don't sail her and she just sits in a slip these days, wanting to be sailed. I'm asking $16700.00. The price will also include a brand new raymarine auto pilot that I bought from west marine and never installed. I bought it for this vessel when I was interested!
When I hung her up two years ago, I had just replaced sails and a new furler and my gal had redone the interior with all new blue and beautiful seat cushions (professionally done), nice new cockpit cushions. I had replaced the windows a year prior, all but 2.

The paint is starting to peel in a few spots, but looks decent. The Universal (kubota), xp25 is strong and has low use. It was just about new when I got the boat about 7 years ago. Has new electric flush toilet and small holding tank with diverter for pumping out to sea when appropriate. The teak was replaced 4 years ago, but has I've neglected it for 2 years, so it needs oil to bring it to life. The bimini is nice. I got that 5 years ago and paid $2700.00 for it at that time, customized on the boat. It has a rear panel that allows to see out, but not in and has a front extention, making it among the longest to cover all seated.

Bottom job was done, complete with strip and epoxy 4 years ago. Last I checked with the diver, earlier this year, it was reported as still good for sailing and preserving the bottom.

I imagine the batteries, which were new when I last used it, are pretty baked, but I do know the starting battery worked when I started it in April and ran it for a half hour. I keep it on a charger all the time in the slip.

I put a lot of time and money making this a nice boat, but just lost total interest in sailing. If you want to cruise, you could easily outfit this boat to your preference with out a lot of work needed. All boats require something, but this one has a lot of nice features and can be sailed right now.

You could keep it in the slip at Skeleton Key Marina in Hudson, Florida. It's a nice slip and costs me a little over 305.00 per month. On the other hand, you can sail it to your destination as well. I own the boat free and clear with title, of course. It is a 1977 with a 4'3" draft, so it works quite well in our shallow gulf waters, so long as you avoid the low tides of winter.
