Earlyretirement,
FYI, I believe it was late last year (Oct/Nov 2020) that Dale
sold his C470 "Sukha"...

The new owners named her "Vellamo", and are located in North Haven, South
Australia.
Even though they are USA-manufactured (in St. Petersburg, Florida), and are certainly at the high-end of the "production boats".....and as such are quite pricey in the EU, and in AUS/NZ, etc......they are wicked strong
boats, that dis-prove the old myths about the strengths / capabilities of so-called "production boats"....and with ~180 hulls made, over ~ 20 years, there are many
Catalina 470's out there sailing / cruising worldwide...
So have a look at the brokerage market!
There are typically a couple on the market at any one time.
And, most importantly.....there is an extremely useful and well-learned C470 Owner's Group (now a
Google Group), that has been around for a bit more than 20 years.....with dozens and dozens of highly-skilled and experienced sailors / cruisers / voyagers, etc., as well as many learned folks of widely-varied walks of life...
So, have a look at the C470 owner's group, as well....(fyi, this is such a valuable resource, it easily ads many 10's of thousands of dollars of value to the C470's worldwide, and costs you nothing in return....
Fair winds...
